Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks with precision and care.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock organization, and ensure accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting issues immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Documentation: Accurately complete shipping logs, pick lists, and delivery receipts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and maneuver heavy loads.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but training can be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
