Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform routine inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline warehouse processes and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends when required.
