Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count items received against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding stock levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable but not required for all positions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use RF scanners or handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
