Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, ensuring aisles are clear and storage areas are tidy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (MHE) and perform routine equipment checks.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, such as shipping labels and receiving logs, accurately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
