What You'll Do
Our Material Handlers are the backbone of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using WMS systems.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counting and stock organization.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and paperwork related to shipments and inventory transfers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
