Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage and production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to scan and track inventory items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and adjust inventory discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and production schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
