Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution according to specifications.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Forklift certification is preferred but on-the-job training may be available.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
