Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and other records to ensure accuracy.
- Sort, pack, and label products for storage or distribution, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
- Operate heavy machinery safely, including forklifts (CL, RF Scanner experience is a plus).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Forklift Operator certification.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
