Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy using our proprietary digital tracking system
- Coordinate with remote team members via Slack for inventory status updates and scheduling
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse management software (WMS) on-site
- Generate daily inventory reports and reconcile discrepancies through remote access to databases
- Collaborate with logistics team for optimized material movement across facilities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems and ability to navigate remote work portals
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods during on-site shifts
- Reliable transportation to Oakland facility for 2-3 weekly on-site days
- High-speed internet connection for remote reporting and virtual meetings
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
