Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and zero-accident standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and cycle counting procedures
- Train and develop warehouse staff through performance coaching and skill-building initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery targets
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Proven track record in inventory control and process optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams of 15+ associates
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license
