Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance, safety standards, and morale.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with management to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Analyze operational metrics and prepare accurate daily/weekly reports to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to resolve logistical issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is required.
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively, handle conflict resolution, and drive performance results.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
