Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow and reduce processing time by 20%
- Ensure OSHA compliance through daily safety audits and equipment maintenance scheduling
- Manage inventory accuracy with cycle counts and WMS system reconciliation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Train staff on new technologies and SOP updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Proven track record of reducing shrinkage below 0.5%
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution experience
