Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and accurate inventory control.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates, ensuring high productivity and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce OSHA compliance measures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise forklift operations and manage the maintenance schedule of warehouse equipment.
- Prepare daily reports on operational metrics and team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA) and valid driverβs license required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard office software.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing waste.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
