Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move palletized materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock tracking systems.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update order statuses and logs.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification within the first 30 days).
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
