The Role
As an Overnight Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains efficient and accurate during our peak operational hours. You will be responsible for the safe handling of goods and maintaining a clean workspace.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory against packing slips.
- Package and label products according to shipping standards and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding workflow and inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
