Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders with high accuracy.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against packing slips using RF scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace at all times.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment according to company standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
