Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently based on digital tickets.
- Scan items using handheld scanners or computer terminals to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the Washington DC location.
