Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (Sit-down, Stand-up, Reach) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload freight from trailers, trucks, and containers.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movement.
- Perform routine safety inspections and minor maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (CPL) required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required but good to have).
