Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise from storage areas based on customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to input and verify data.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring inventory is sorted and staged correctly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Perform other warehousing duties as assigned, including light forklift operation if certified.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
