Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and heavy materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory records match physical stock.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- License: Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a strong plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read product labels and pick tickets.
