Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect, verify, and store incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
