Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Prepare and package merchandise for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
