Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Verify inventory counts and update stock records accurately in our warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (required).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
