Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and stage materials for outbound shipping or inbound receiving operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and document material movement using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
