Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to load, unload, and transport products within the facility and loading docks.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of duties and workflow.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory checks.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
