Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, packaged, and ready for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality control and damages.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, or packing is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
