We are seeking dedicated Night Shift Picker Packers to join our high-performance team at our state-of-the-art facility in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify product quantities and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders efficiently to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
- Equipment: Basic computer literacy for scanning devices is a plus.
