Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to ensure accuracy in inventory management.
- Prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, and arranging them on pallets or shelves according to strict guidelines.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of inventory and operational status.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver’s license (if driving company vehicles or forklift certification is required).
