Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery (Class A/B certification required or willing to obtain).
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Load and unload trailers using dock plates and conveyor systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld RF scanners.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace compliance.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B) is a plus.
