Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Process incoming shipments and manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless operational flow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
