Responsibilities
- Operations: Efficiently load, unload, and sort merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks during assigned night shifts.
- Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Safety: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Communication: Collaborate with day-shift staff and supervisors to ensure a smooth transition and workflow continuity.
- Equipment: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; however, we offer paid training for motivated candidates.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently. Good vision and physical stamina are essential.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required for material handling equipment operation.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a positive attitude.
