Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently, adhering to weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and within certification guidelines.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
