Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure 99.9% order accuracy rates.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld terminals to track shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 1:30 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
