Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report issues.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently.
