Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, and completeness.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse workspace to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
