Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts and stock audits.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Focus: High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading labels and communicating with team members.
