Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock rotation, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and attendance.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation.
