Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the cold storage facility and loading docks efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated racking systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Monitor storage temperatures to ensure product integrity and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (0°F to 40°F) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic reading and writing skills for safety documentation.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long durations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
