Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load and unload freight trucks, ensuring accuracy and preventing damage to products.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep the work area organized and clean, adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping processes.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience is necessary; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification upon hire (training provided).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
