Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe, working condition.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organize inventory and stock products according to established labeling and storage systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Report any damaged equipment, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new operational procedures quickly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
