Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for damage and verify order specifications before packaging
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation according to carrier requirements
- Maintain organized workstations and contribute to 5S cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve order discrepancies and improve processes
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, label printers) safely and efficiently
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US
