Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders using provided equipment and materials
- Operate packing machinery (e.g., labelers, sealers) with proper training
- Verify product specifications and quantities against packing lists
- Maintain organized staging areas for outgoing shipments
- Adhere to safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows
- Track inventory levels and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided ergonomic support
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Willingness to operate provided equipment after training
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with mechanical assistance
- Positive attitude and teamwork focus
- Reliable transportation to Fort Wayne facility
