Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders using company-provided equipment including automated scanners and packing machines
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure optimal productivity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for operating inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
