Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and sealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
- Load outbound trucks accurately to ensure timely delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail fulfillment environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
