Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Label packages correctly and verify product quality before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce errors.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse setting.
