Responsibilities
- Verify and inspect incoming inventory against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using scanners and packaging materials.
- Ensure all packages are securely wrapped, labeled, and ready for transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily and weekly shipping targets.
- Report any damaged goods or discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
