Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control standards are met before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely and accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any packing discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
