Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely, following proper lifting techniques.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips before shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to work on your feet for long shifts and in various temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
