Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured and undamaged.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or license (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
