Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to specifications using provided equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery safely (pallet jacks, conveyors) after training completion
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet OSHA standards
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
